Ole Fat Bob: Cold War Night Fighter

Ole Fat Bob is a hand-drawn dieselpunk chibi strike fighter in RAF night camouflage, armed to the teeth and carrying a bomb with his own name painted on it.

Classic Cold War ironmongery. That big open nostril of an intake hoovers up the air and — suck, squeeze, bang, blow — pushes old Bob along at a fair lick. The fuselage carries the squadron code ZG, a roundel, the number 4 on an orange-capped fin, and warning triangles wherever the ground crew need reminding to keep their fingers out. The main-gear tyre is reassuringly fat, too.

This little chubby fighter has a lot more bang for your buck.
